I was hesitant to try one thing new as my stove genuinely beloved the Turman. I burned a skid of Northern Max and BOY OH BOY, these pellets held their pounds! I contain the same warm warmth output as I did with Turman and little to no ash in any way. This pellet is as terrific as Turman, and I will definitely be purchasing much more of Northern Max
